Analysis of the Issue + Ballot Measure Landscape

The BISC Foundation (BISCF) tracks, analyzes, and monitors issue areas, ballot measures, and the legal and legislative landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the social justice policy arena. Through this work, the BISC Foundation provides a unique lens and real-time information and analysis to the public and those working toward social change. 

The BISC Foundation’s tracking and analysis is made available via monthly memos, briefings, and convenings, as well as with one-on-one strategic support of social change advocates.
